Linkedin Had Been My Megaphone

Hello world! David Roland, here.

A while back, I posted a complaint on LinkedIn about DEI and ESG that Darwin would have cheered for wildly. It was basically saying that current policies to promote random selection over a spirit of excellence can only yield mediocrity. The top gorilla is chosen because it provides the best results for the propagation of the species and ensured security. ESG, I believe, is an intimidation racket to silence the mid-level gorillas into acquiescence. For right now, because most gorillas purchase their futures instead of building them from scratch, ESG restrictions on access to societal assets is raising havoc and appears to be effective. The reality is those “build it” leader gorillas are correctly appraising their options knowing full well that the DEI appointed leadership is incompetent and will be short lived.

So when I made the post, LinkedIn throttled me, cutting off my exposure, blocking the only reason I was on LinkedIn (post analytics), and most importantly, they exposed their position to silence maverick voices.

I’m not saying I’m a top gorilla let alone being the top banana, but I’ve done a fair amount including starting a number of companies, designing the tech for a communication network for the Government of Rwanda. Helped develop a national comm standard, and my opus is a full service communication system in less than 256Kbytes of storage.

In 2019, the precursor to the ESG cancellation movement, came after me to prevent my projects from becoming products. Almost immediately, our websites could not be found despite national press releases. This is the result of global cache poisoning, misdirection, and blockage.

Four different banking institutions froze, reduced, and restricted my personal and business lines of credit and instantly denied production loans. In about 14 days my personal credit score dropped from 800 to below 500. The following year, Facebook deleted my corporate pages, refused to provide information affecting my company’s trademark, cancelled my own, my staff’s and business pages and accounts.

During this time, Indiegogo and GoFundMe campaigns were cancelled without cause.

What level of agency has this kind of focused power across the Internet and finance?

What I recognized is that we as traditional Internet users, have no actual control over what we’re allowed to see, or where we are permitted to go, or who we can share our lives with, and without question, news media is lying to us, shaped by our overseers.

So this gorilla left the tribe for a number of years to build my own empire, and I’ve evolved. I am more upright, I understand and have crafted my own tools, and I’ve learned new skills to become a gorilla with attitude, and I trust no one.

See you around the jungle.
