I get a ton of solicitations daily from flesh peddlers – human trafficking – offering slaves of every type.

Just Over Broke, is a Federal Department of Labor program intended to extend slavery from the plantation to all of America. JOB establishes the complete ownership of work product and intellectual property assigned to the plantation owner, who is required to provide health and benefits to each slave.
Participants in the JOB program are encouraged to exceed performance expectations which increases the wealth of the plantation, but doesn’t necessarily benefit the work provider. Abused slaves are discouraged from providing services to other plantations, forced by form SS-8: Determination of Slave Status for Purposes of Federal Employment Taxes and Income Tax Withholding.
While expecting the purchase of work product from an emancipated slave might require a Statement of Work and coordination between performance and meeting objectives, the IRS Rev. Rule 87-41 (1987-1 CB 296) 20 factor test attempts to re-enslave the worker, now emancipated. Without due process or assumption of emancipation, IRS code favors the role of slave master rather than consumer, raising the proof of legitimate emancipation threshold.
Those plantation owners who have merely purchased the work product of emancipated slaves are coerced with penalties through 26 USC 3509 creating jeopardy for both slaves and masters no matter their attempted compliance or proof of independence.
BANG! YES!! got another credit!!
As a young engineer we talked about pinball policy to counter the Peter Principle. The entitled workforce of today probably never played a mechanical pinball game, but long ago in arcades you could actually earn free games reflecting skill in finessing a 1″ steel ball into actions that required experience and skill. If you were good enough, a quarter could turn into an hour or more of play, with the snap of a kicker relay that sounded more like a gun shot.

Under the JOB program, Peter Principle a** kissers, could stroke their bosses into promotions that were toxic to internal business development. Once little tyrants got power there was no way to unseat them. I confess we even sent out glowing resumes on behalf of under achieving worms to force plantation change and prevent them being installed as top-slaves.
As I see it, you don’t want a floor full of self-entitled “JOB participants” – You want solutions to problems.
The problem is the epidemic to claim discrimination in the work place to prevent dismissal, when the reality is that it was a bad hire in the first place. It wasn’t bad because of race, religion, or orientation, It was bad because the candidate was incompetent and couldn’t provide the solution the business was seeking. What successful business believes the Peter Principle should apply to new hires? (Bud Light comes to mind).
So, I’ll assert for those hoping for a JOB that are still reading. No one should be expecting a 40 year career ending with a gold watch anymore, so why not implement a pinball policy?
If you have skills and can create value, you get to continue playing and if you don’t, then game over, move along – find a different opportunity to die on.
I may buy product from you to solve my problems and needs, but I refuse to participate in human trafficking, and I refuse to have a plantation. I will purchase work product only from those that have the skill to create the value that I need. You will have to demonstrate that you personally have the ethics and skills required to create the value. More importantly, you’re going to have to prove to the benevolent DC overseers, that you are an actual provider of service as a true business with an EIN. If you don’t like these terms take it up with your legislator.
